Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only.


All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

Deliveries to Tier 3 cities and remote areas may take up to 10 business days due to extended courier coverage. We appreciate your patience for locations with limited courier service.


Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all products across India.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders based on operational feasibility.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared, allowing you to track your delivery.


Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Festivals, strikes, or regional restrictions

We sincerely appreciate your patience in such situations and will keep you informed whenever possible.


Delivery Attempts

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier partner will re-attempt delivery up to two (2) additional times.

Customers are requested to be available and reachable during delivery attempts to ensure smooth and timely delivery.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our team will attempt to contact you for confirmation.

If there is no response from the customer after multiple contact attempts, the order may be cancelled.

  • For prepaid orders, the order may be cancelled if the customer remains unreachable.

  • VersaBuy is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If an order is confirmed as lost or undelivered by the courier partner after dispatch, we will reship the product to the customer at no additional cost.

Reshipping will be initiated only after proper verification with the courier service.
