Versabuy – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To process the request, customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition wherever applicable.

Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are processed strictly as per RBI electronic payment guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever happens first.
If a prepaid order is cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personal use products

• Opened or used items

• Customized or special-order products
